Our canvas prints are made from a durable poly cotton blend that provides a glossy finish, enhancing the vibrancy of colors. The canvas has a weight of 407 gsm and a thickness of 18 mil, ensuring a sturdy and premium surface. It's resistant to scratches, cracks, and warping.

What kind of frames do you offer?

Each canvas print is framed in a sleek floater frame made from high-quality poplar wood. The frame is available in four finishes: matte black, white, brown, and natural. The 0.5" floating area between the canvas and the frame gives a modern, gallery-quality look.

How do I care for my framed canvas print?

To maintain the quality of your canvas print, gently clean it with a dry cloth as needed. The print is water-resistant, but we recommend keeping it indoors and out of direct sunlight to preserve its vibrancy.

Is the canvas ready to hang?

Yes! Each canvas print comes with pre-installed sawtooth hardware and rubber bumpers for easy hanging. Simply unbox, and it's ready to display.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We professionally print, mount, and frame your canvas art within 3 business days. From there, you can select your preferred shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping: 12-14 business days (Free on all orders)
  • Express Shipping: 6-8 business days ($13.00)
What is your return policy?

Return Policy

  1. We offer a 30 day return period from the date of delivery. Send an email to info@archdecourm.com to start a return.
  2. If your piece is misprinted, or arrives damaged, don’t worry—just reach out to us. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
  3. Need to cancel or make changes to your order? Please email us at info@archdecourum.com within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

You can cancel or request changes to your order within 1-2 business days by emailing us at contact@archdecourum.com. Please note that once your print is in production, we may not be able to make changes.

What happens if my print arrives damaged?

If your canvas print arrives damaged, just reach out to us with your order details and photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to send a replacement free of charge.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the quality of my print?
